City Vectors creates custom vector artwork from customer-provided photos. We also offer digital artwork and printed products, including posters, framed prints, canvas prints, and other personalised items.

All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Customer Photos & Content

By submitting photos or artwork, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it.
• The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.
• The content does not contain unlawful, offensive, or prohibited material.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload or submit.

4. Artwork & Design

Every artwork is individually created based on the photos and instructions you provide.

Please review any artwork preview carefully, where provided. Once approved, the artwork will proceed to production and further changes may not be possible.

5. Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout.

Payment must be completed before production begins. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment cannot be verified or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, destination, customs processing, or courier delays.

City Vectors is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. As our products are personalised, returns are generally not accepted unless an item is defective, damaged, or produced incorrectly.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, graphics, website content, branding, logos, and designs created by City Vectors remain the intellectual property of City Vectors unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, resell, or use our artwork or website content without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, City Vectors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
