Digital Products

Thank you for shopping at City Vectors.

All products sold on our website are digital downloads only. No physical products are shipped.

Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been delivered or made available for download, it cannot be returned.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not available for digital products that have been successfully delivered or downloaded.

However, we may consider a refund or replacement in the following situations:

You were charged more than once for the same order.
The digital file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
You received the wrong digital product.
We are unable to deliver your digital order within the stated delivery time.

If any of these situations apply, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
