Refund Policy

City Vectors sells digital downloads and custom digital artwork. Because digital files cannot be physically returned, completed digital downloads are generally non-returnable.

Policy details

If a purchased file is defective, corrupted, duplicated in error, or materially different from the product description, please contact City Vectors with your order number and details so the issue can be reviewed.

Approved refunds, where applicable, are handled to the original payment method or another agreed method. Custom work already started may not be refundable for work already completed.
